Accenture invites rising graduates to join the Talent Accelerator Program for a summer HR internship in New York City. You will explore Talent Strategy, Employee Relations, Performance & Rewards, Talent Analytics, and Inclusion and Diversity while working with HR professionals.

As a Summer Analyst, you will research a real HR challenge, develop recommendations, and present them to your team and HR leadership. The program may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with anticipated graduation Dec 2027–Aug 2028.
Prior internship or work experience.

Responsibilities

Get a firsthand look at how HR drives business results at Accenture.
Spend the summer on initiatives in Talent Strategy, Employee Relations, Performance & Rewards, Talent Analytics, Employee Engagement, Learning & Talent Development, and Inclusion and Diversity.
Research and analyze a real HR challenge, and develop actionable recommendations for HR leadership.
Present findings to your team and HR leadership, with ideas to implement.
Live and work in New York City for the summer internship and collaborate in-person with teammates and clients.
