Job summary

Accenture seeks Summer Analysts for its Talent Accelerator Program in New York City. The internship offers exposure to HR strategy, operations and digital technologies, with assignments across Talent Strategy, Employee Relations, Performance & Rewards, Recruiting, Analytics, and Inclusion & Diversity.

You will collaborate in-person with teams, and top performers may be considered for the two-year Talent Accelerator career development track.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Human Capital, Business, or Psychology with an anticipated graduation date around 2027–2028.
Prior internship or work experience.
