Job summary

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
  • Program Requirements Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027. Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.
  • Core Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications • Related field majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive information. • Interest in using workforce data to support decisions. • Microsoft Office knowledge and interest in HRIS and talent management tech.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of HR programs, processes, and initiatives across areas such as HR Business Partnering, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the execution of people priorities across respective client groups and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Analyze workforce and HR data to identify insights, support decision-making, and contribute to program effectiveness.
  • Assist with key HR activities, which may include compensation programs, talent and performance initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional workstreams that support business and organizational priorities.
  • Support compliance with Company policies, programs, and procedures while helping ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.
  • Build knowledge of HR practices and AIG’s business while developing analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-management skills.
