Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated project management experience.
• 2–3 years of HR system implementation experience (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors).
• General HR domain experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage full scope, resources, and deliverables of HR technology projects.
• Drive integration and implementation of SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Build comprehensive project schedules and track milestones.
• Facilitate meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify roadblocks and manage scope creep.
• Facilitate organizational change management.
