Job summary

NRG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a People Project Support Officer to join the People & OD Systems Project team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role blends in-house recruitment expertise with project delivery, HR systems implementation and business change.

Working with the Project Lead, you will support the implementation of a new HR system, map recruitment processes, assist testing, stakeholder engagement and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering in-house recruitment services.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and support.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risk and issue logs, and key project docs.
• Review and map end-to-end recruitment processes for the new system.
• Document recruitment requirements from vacancy approval through onboarding.
• Coordinate and support system testing, track outcomes and defects.
• Assist with data checks, cleansing and validation across HR and payroll interfaces.
• Coordinate testing schedules and prepare materials and evidence.
• Support stakeholder engagement and produce clear project communications.
• Assist with training, user guidance and adoption of new processes.
• Identify risks and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
• Contribute to wider service improvement and business change activities.
