The Methodist Home of Kentucky is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Specialist to support Paycom implementation, payroll administration, and HR data management. You will help with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field preferred; or 2–4 years HR-related experience.
• 2–4 years of HR, payroll, HRIS, recruiting, administrative or related experience.
• Experience in nonprofit/behavioral health/healthcare/human services preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or other HR certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Paycom implementation, migration, and ongoing payroll processes.
• Maintain payroll data, personnel records, and HR workflows in Paycom.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure compliance and maintain confidential employee information.
• Develop HR processes, improve efficiency, and document procedures.
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and external partners.
