Job summary

Rally House is seeking an HR Intern to support our HR teams across compensation & benefits, recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations. This hands-on role offers exposure to multiple HR disciplines and the chance to build relationships with management and team members.

Responsibilities include assisting with payroll inquiries, onboarding for corporate and retail roles, and supporting recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Retail experience is preferred and helpful for understanding store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting inquiries via email or case system.
• Provide onboarding administrative support for corporate on-site and retail positions.
• Assist with planning, logistics, and attendee tracking for learning and development trainings.
• Handle Predictive Index user account administration.
• Support recruitment efforts, such as sourcing candidates and coordinating hiring events.
• Contribute to special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training, leadership meetings, and shadowing experiences.
