The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HRIS/payroll and a relevant degree, contributing to a collaborative People and Culture team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in HR, IT, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years HRIS or payroll experience (field).
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain iCIMS and align with business needs.
• Configure workflows, templates, and permissions in iCIMS.
• Provide training and support for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance.
• Lead data integrity audits and compliance for HRIS.
