Job summary

Fast Pace Health seeks an experienced HR Systems Coordinator to administer iCIMS and maintain HRIS data integrity, delivering training to recruiters and managers. The role focuses on configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize recruiting performance and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HRIS/payroll and a relevant degree, contributing to a collaborative People and Culture team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s in HR, IT, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years HRIS or payroll experience (field).
  • Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
PRIMARY
  1. 1. Administer and maintain iCIMS, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  2. 2. Configure workflows, templates, and permissions within iCIMS.
  3. 3. Provide training and support for recruiters and hiring managers.
  4. 4. Develop dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance.
  5. 5. Assist with recruitment marketing reports and job template management.
  6. 6. Act as the first line help desk for iCIMS related issues.
  7. 7. Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides related to the ATS and other recruitment systems
  8. 8. Develop and deliver training for HR, Management, and Employees on iCIMS as needed.
  9. 9. Generate and analyze reports for HR, finance, and leadership teams.
  10. 10. Continuously evaluate, configure, and optimize system functionality to support business needs.
  11. 11. Identify opportunities to automate recruiting and onboarding processes within iCIMS
  12. 12. Support the implementation and testing of system updates.
  13. 13. Conduct regular audits of the system for accuracy and compliance.
  14. 14. Identify data integrity issues within the ATS; lead cleanup projects as needed.
  15. 15. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  16. 16. Act as the primary liaison with IT and system vendors to troubleshoot issues.
  17. 17. Support the onboarding process by verifying documentation and data entry.
  18. 18. Manage system escalations and resolve user-related technical issues.
  19. 19. Maintain confidential information
  20. 20. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training
  21. 21. The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  22. 22. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, coworkers and managers.
  23. 23. The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
  24. 24. Ability to comply with Company standards of operations.
  25. 25. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
SECONDARY
  1. 1. Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits as directed
  2. 2. Assist in maintenance of HRIS System
  3. 3. Assist Benefit Team as needed
  4. 4. Create reports as needed with different data sets; i.e. TA Bonuses
Qualifications
