Job summary

The Hanover County Human Resources Department is seeking a Human Resource Systems Analyst to join our team and support HR data-driven decisions by reviewing and analyzing HR data, trends, and metrics to provide insights.

Responsibilities include setting up and managing HRIS, administering programs, performing data manipulation, generating reports, and supporting compensation, timekeeping and benefits processes; collaboration with HR teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2+ years of HRIS/data analysis experience.
• Experience with timekeeping, compensation processes, or HR data reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage HRIS, administer HR programs and perform data manipulation.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, timekeeping, accruals and classifications.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports for compliance and insights.
• Provide system support to HR staff and employees; develop SOPs.
