Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) is seeking a Data Analyst – Human Resources / Workforce Analytics to support one of our Federal Clients. The Data Analyst will provide recurring and ad hoc HR data analysis, reporting, metrics, and workforce insights across the HR Directorate to support leadership decision-making and planning.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and metrics development.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
