Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across multiple HR functions. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, applicants, and retirees, responding to inquiries through the HR Help Desk and providing guidance on HR processes, policies, benefits, hiring, and onboarding.
The HR Analyst will also support HRIS users, prepare reports and dashboards, reconcile invoices, and provide operational support to Talent Acquisition. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, applicants, and retirees contacting the HR Help Desk.
- Respond to questions regarding HR policies, benefits, hiring processes, onboarding, and other HR-related topics; escalates complex issues to the appropriate HR team or department.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Assist candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process, including responding to inquiries and completing required onboarding activities.
- Create and maintain positions and other information necessary to support hiring and onboarding activities.
- Provide operational support across Talent Acquisition, including recruiting operations, candidate experience, workforce planning, and other hiring-related initiatives.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Present findings and trends to leadership and provide recommendations for actionable improvements.
- Process, review, and reconcile invoices across multiple HR groups.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
- Identify and recommend short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks related to key HR performance metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and HR information appropriately.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/AND statements

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience supporting HR operations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, employee services, or a related function is preferred.
