Job summary

HRCU is seeking a System Administrator to maintain networks, servers, operating systems, and end-user devices. The role includes managing AD, DNS/DHCP, patching, and security practices, with a hybrid schedule of up to two remote days per week after training.

You will support data processing, cloud services, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $82,500 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of information systems management experience or equivalent education
• Experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus
• Independent and self-motivated with strong planning and coordination skills
• Experience with data processing, networks, PCs, data communications, and Azure cloud services management

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, categorize, assign, update and resolve IT help requests per service standards
• Manage network, server, data processing, cloud services, telecommunications, and other technology components
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related IT technologies
• Plan, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware/software; oversee patch management
• Coordinate with IT vendors for service requests and due diligence
• Support security, backup, disaster recovery testing, and compliance requirements
