Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in a help desk, call center, or IT service management setting providing issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with a diverse university community.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive records and PII.
• Experience using incident management systems (e.g., TeamDynamix, ServiceNow) to manage tickets and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for HR systems and daily operational workload.
• Manage user access provisioning and ensure proper security controls.
