Job summary

PlanIT Group in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced Technical Sourcer to lead full-cycle sourcing for highly cleared national security roles in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You will engage clients, negotiate effectively, and leverage Eightfold for sourcing; aerospace experience is highly valued.

Sunnyvale, CA On-Site Flexibility/Remote: 100%

We're looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer accomplished in full life cycle recruiting from exceptional sourcing and negotiating skills through expert client engagement and management. You need an understanding of what it means to be in a compliance-driven environment and how security clearances can affect the recruiting game.

You will push the boundaries of space by pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition. Depth of understanding on how, when and why to execute in a high demand, technically dominant environment is a must, along with the professional business acumen to navigate a sophisticated and complex environment. Experience with Eightfold/SAP highly preferred
