Job summary

You will assist with onboarding and offboarding, support HR cyclical processes, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate processing. The role emphasizes service quality, confidentiality, and compliance, with a focus on timely, professional resolution of requests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required)
• 1 year of Human Resources experience preferred
• Must have onboarding experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service
• Understands compliance
• Displays Conflict Resolution skills and Escalation of complex issues
• Documentation and Updating HR Records
• Strong experience with Workday

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line support to colleagues by providing real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes.
• Processes employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes, supports HR cyclical processes and compliance considerations.
• Collaborates with HR team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of employee transactions.
• Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of consumer satisfaction.
• Escalates complex issues, where applicable.
• Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases.
