Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding support, HR cycle tasks, and ensuring compliant, timely processing. Strong customer service, communication skills, and experience with Workday are essential, with a focus on confidentiality and service excellence.

Qualificações

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience required.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Understands compliance and privacy standards.
• Demonstrates conflict resolution and escalation when needed.
• Documentation and updating HR records.

Responsabilidades

• Provides real-time, accurate responses to inquiries regarding HR issues, policies, procedures and processes.
• Processes employee transactions based on research and guidelines.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes and HR cycle activities.
• Collaborates with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Delivers service professionally, manages expectations, and ensures consumer satisfaction.
• Escalates complex issues as appropriate and maintains HR documentation.
