Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required).
• HR experience (Preferred).
• Onboarding experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Workday (required).
• Understanding of confidentiality and compliance in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate responses to inquiries on HR issues, policies and processes.
• Process employee-related transactions per guidelines and research.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and HR cycle activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient processing of employee data.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and maintain documentation.
