Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking an HR Support Representative to join the Global Human Resources Group in Fremont, CA. This on-site flex hybrid role supports HR inquiries, onboarding, compliance, and documentation while leveraging ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.

You will handle lifecycle transactions, maintain files, and contribute to audits and process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries via ServiceNow (HR Connect) and HR Services line, resolving Tier 1 cases.
• Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including hires, data changes, leaves, and terminations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, New Hire Orientation, and Day 1 readiness.
• Support work authorization compliance, including Form I-9 review and reverifications.
• Maintain employee files according to state and federal requirements and assist global document management.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow knowledge articles for self-service.
• Research and recommend AI and automation opportunities to streamline HR processes.
• Support internal and external audits (SOX, RBA, ISO) by gathering evidence.
• Track issue logs and share feedback on HR policies with management.
