Moog Inc. is seeking an HR Employee Support Generalist in Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role serves as the Voice of HR, handling inquiries across HR disciplines, delivering WOW service, and escalating when needed.

You’ll train across HR functions and support HRMS processes for the US. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, plus 1+ year in customer service or HR support, and familiarity with Workday or HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, HR support, or call center environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday or similar HRIS) and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsabilités

• Manage resolution of level 1 HR issues (voice, email, mail, walk-ins) promptly and accurately.
• Escalate complex cases to specialists with proper documentation.
• Provide support across HR disciplines and maintain knowledge across payroll, learning, development, and compensation.
• Support HRMS processes and updates across the US and use Case Management System and Knowledgebase.
