Job summary

McKesson is seeking an HR Support Representative on the Employee Care Team to handle phone and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and dependents. You will resolve issues or route them to the appropriate departments, ensuring a delightful employee experience with accurate case documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in HR or a contact center, proficiency with MS Office and HR systems such as ServiceNow/workday/ADP. Onsite work 2–3 days per week with EST hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of HR or contact center/HR Shared Services experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR questions and inquiries from employees and people leaders.
• Resolve inquiries through multiple channels and provide navigation support for HR systems, programs, and policies.
• Provide transaction support for employee life cycle events with end-to-end process orientation.
• Maintain thorough case documentation and ensure issues are resolved or routed appropriately.
• Escalate to leadership when ambiguities arise or more expertise is required.
