Job summary

McKesson is seeking Sr. Representative – 6 openings in the US to join the Employee Care team.

You will handle phone and electronic inquiries from McKesson employees, managers, former employees, dependents, and external agencies, delivering direct resolutions and routing as needed. Reporting to the Employee Care Manager, the ideal candidate has strong customer service and HR knowledge, can navigate multiple HR systems, and communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of human resources or contact center/HR Shared Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR questions, responding to Employee Care inquiries with integrity and confidentiality.
• Address and resolve issues received through all service channels for employees and people leaders, while offering navigation support for HR systems, programs, and policies.
• Provide transaction support for employee life cycle events with end-to-end process orientation.
• Ensure that each inquiry is met with a thorough and accurate response.
• Use judgement to escalate to leadership when ambiguous or requires more expertise to address.
