Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks an Human Resources Generalist to serve as a primary contact for teammates, managers and applicants seeking HR support.

You will deliver exceptional customer service while addressing benefits, payroll, and HR program inquiries in a retail environment. Responsibilities include processing HR transactions, case management, compliance with Buckle policies, and contributing to process improvements within the HR Support Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of HR systems is preferred.
• Experience in Buckle retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR support to teammates and managers to resolve inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, leave administration, and teammate programs.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and data in HRIS.
• Communicate new HR policies and train teammates as needed.
