Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage communication with Stores, Guests, and other departments to determine needs and identify escalation as necessary.
• Use available resources to determine best course of action while engaging with Guests and Stores through any channel.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and multitask to accurately enter information addressing inquiries.
• Ask probing questions to meet Guest needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Buckle merchandise to answer Guest questions.
