Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to help fulfill our mission: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.”

You will perform a range of sales, merchandising and operational tasks—such as cashiering, display and pulls, register procedures, and routine store cleaning—under Store Management guidance.

This role emphasizes friendly guest service, teamwork, and meeting personal sales goals while upholding Buckle’s policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
• Experience in retail is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and returns.
• Open/close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area meet Buckle standards.
