The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Guest Services Representative in the Corporate Office. The role focuses on responding to guest and store needs, handling confidential information per PCI standards, and delivering exceptional service to support Buckle's mission.

This entry-level position includes extensive training with opportunities for advancement, working 8–30 hours weekly, and shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Sunday. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and manage communication with Stores, Guests, and other departments to determine their needs and identify if escalation to another Teammate or department is necessary.
• Use available resources to determine best course of action while engaging with Guests and Stores through any channel.
• Navigate computer systems and multitask to accurately enter information addressing inquiries.
• Ask probing questions to meet Guest needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Buckle merchandise and provide fit/style recommendations.
• Assist with processing refunds for orders marked as out-of-stock or abandoned.
• Identify and investigate Buckle Loyalty, Preferred Payment, Buckle Card, and Buckle App questions.
• Utilize Buckle POS, Ecommerce order management, AS400, and IT programs.
• Maintain documentation of Guest concerns and resolutions.
• Cover Switchboard duties at Corporate Office.
• Assist visitors and follow safety policies.
• Answer Corporate phone lines and transfer calls.
• Contribute to a high level of customer service and team spirit.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
