Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will engage customers, answer questions about products, and help locate merchandise while maintaining high service standards.

This part-time role includes processing transactions, applying promotions, and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere. Training is provided, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and employee benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Retail knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service focus and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Open and close registers, balance cash drawers, and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
