Bass Pro Shops is seeking an HR Support Center Generalist to provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and systems from its Springfield, MO base camp. The role handles calls and tickets from candidates, outfitters, and HR partners, delivering solutions and information on HR processes and compliance.

The successful candidate will bring 4–6+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and ideally SHRM SPHR certification, with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, HR, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of HR experience; 2+ years in HR role.
• SHRM SPHR certification or equivalent experience preferred.
