• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise DC management on HR matters and staffing.
• Oversee payroll backup and benefits processing.
• Coordinate performance management and policy adherence.
• Investigate employee complaints and EEOC charges.
• Ensure I-9 forms and personnel records are accurate.
• Support safety programs and workers’ compensation processes.
• Train and supervise HR staff.
• Open enrollment and benefits support.
