Job summary

FLOW-X in Chino, CA is seeking a Lead for full-cycle recruitment spanning office, warehouse, and management roles. You will align with business leaders on hiring plans, development, performance, and workforce planning to build a scalable talent pipeline.

You will also oversee HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives while ensuring policy compliance with U.S. regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience in recruiting, HR operations, HRBP, or employee relations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or fast-growing environments preferred.
