Job summary

The Symicor Group seeks an Human Resources Supervisor to lead the HR function in the Waukesha, WI area. The role focuses on developing HR strategies, overseeing programs, ensuring compliance, and guiding HR staff to deliver comprehensive services.

The position offers a salary up to $140K plus bonus and a robust benefits package. This is not a remote role and requires in-person leadership of HR initiatives and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR leader or manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience managing employee relations issues and guiding managers.
• Knowledge of performance management processes and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.
• Oversee full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage employee relations issues and guide managers.
