Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Two years of Human Resources or Supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• One year of HR supervisory experience (preferred).
• Two years of HR experience within a plant and/or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Able to work cross functionally and build relationships with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counsel to management and employees on company guidelines, employee relations, compliance, performance management, hiring, and training needs.
• Support plant management with HR programs including training, employment law compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Assist leadership teams in improving organizational effectiveness by analyzing structures and morale and developing improvement steps.
• Drive process improvement projects within HR scope.
• Deliver seamless HR support across Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and related areas.
