Job summary

Molex is seeking a Human Resources Intern for the Summer 2027 program within the Optical Connectivity Group. You will gain hands-on experience across HR disciplines including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement in a global manufacturing and technology setting.

You will partner with HR professionals and leaders to support recruiting, onboarding schedules, training resources, surveys, and data analysis, while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field and maintaining strong academic performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities: screening, interview coordination, and recruiter communications.
• Assist onboarding and employee experience: orientation, schedules, training materials.
• Support HR operations: record management, data updates, and audits; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist Organizational & Workforce Development projects and data reporting.
