Job summary

GuideStone Financial Resources in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Human Resources Summer Intern to support onboarding, development resources, and engagement events. You will assist with HR projects, dashboards, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience across HR functions in a professional, faith-based environment.

You must be an incoming junior or senior pursuing an HR degree with at least a 3.0 GPA, and you should be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding activities with the Talent Development team.
• Assist in creating and implementing employee development resources.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events.
• Support HR projects, reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Research HR topics and present findings.
• Participate and present on a corporate internship project.
