Job summary

GuideStone Advisors is seeking a Summer Intern to support the advisory team: onboarding new clients, following up with prospects to roll funds, updating the CRM, and assisting with outreach initiatives. This role offers exposure to all facets of the advisory function within GuideStone.

Ideal candidates are incoming juniors or seniors pursuing Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Planning with at least a 3.0 GPA. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and solid PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Incoming Junior or Senior student in a business/finance field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Strong initiative, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in onboarding new clients and serving existing clients.
• Follow up with prospects who indicated interest in rolling funds.
• Update the CRM database and support outreach initiatives with Marketing.
• Participate in and present on a corporate intern project.

The Summer Intern in GuideStone Advisors will support the advisory functions of the team, including making contacts to clients on behalf of advisors, working with Marketing on outreach initiatives, and updating the CRM database. Throughout the internship, this role will be exposed to all the facets and functions of the GuideStone Advisors team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist advisors in onboarding new clients and serving existing clients.


• Participate in the acquisition of new assets by following up with prospects who have indicated an interest in rolling funds into GuideStone.


• Assist GuideStone Advisors management in assessing new financial technology.


• Participate in and present on a corporate intern project.

What You'll Need:

• Must be an incoming Junior or Senior


• Must be a student for the duration of the intern program


• Degree concentration in Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Planning (strongly preferred).


• Minimum of 3.0 GPA


• Self-starter with initiative and integrity
