U.S. Bank's Human Resources Internship offers a 10-week program where you’ll build core HR skills through formal training, mentorship, and collaboration with peers and mentors.

As an intern, you’ll work on HR projects that influence the business, learn how talent concepts drive strategy, and connect with senior leaders while developing professional and analytical abilities. The program begins June 7, 2027, in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC, with benefits and a community that supports growth

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a target graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Majors include HR, Labor Relations, Business, Communications, Management, or Organizational Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience working on human resources projects that impact the business
• Learn the nuances of how talent principles are incorporated in business strategies
• Develop HR and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives
• Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events, volunteer days, and development workshops
