PNC invites you to join a 10-week Human Resources internship based in Pittsburgh, PA. As an HR Intern, you will experience a structured program designed to expose you to Learning & Talent Development, Workforce Strategies and Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Metrics & Analytics, and HR Strategy, Delivery & Risk.
During the program, you will engage with mentors, gain real-world HR exposure, and develop through social learning opportunities while supporting HR activities and projects.

Required Education and Experience :
Working towarda Bachelor'sdegree,preferred business relevant majors (e.g.,BusinessAdministration, Human Resources, Management,LaborRelations),junior status,MinimumGPA 3.0.
Demonstrated interest in human resources throughpreviousinternships or work experience, coursework, projectworkor related certifications.

Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a Corporate development/ training program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
