Job summary

BNY Mellon invites motivated undergraduates to join the Summer Internship Program in Pittsburgh, focusing on People, Engagement, and Impact. You will support initiatives across governance, employee relations, public policy, and philanthropy while learning to analyze onboarding, mobility, and experiences using data insights.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergrad program with business or tech focus.
• Graduating Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher.
• No sponsorship required for employment visa in the country of application.

Responsibilities

• Support People, Engagement, and Impact priorities by contributing to initiatives across people governance, employee relations, public policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact.
• Analyze onboarding, internal mobility, and employee experiences using feedback, digital tools, and people insights.
• Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People and Corporate Affairs operations.
