State of North Carolina's Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division, seeks an Agency HR Consultant II to provide advisory support on organizational management, job analysis, and policy interpretation. This temporary role located in Raleigh requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work across agencies.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in HR or related field with 2 years' experience, or a GED with 5 years in HR.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2 years of HR experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply per the Education and Experience Equivalency Guide.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analysis of moderate to complex organizational management requests agency-wide.
• Consult with managers and employees on organizational and job redesign.
• Support salary administration, organization structure reviews, BEACON transactions.
• Lead special projects and studies as needed.
