Responsibilities

Serve as organizational analyst in classification and compensation.
Analyze moderate to complex organizational management requests agency-wide.
Consult on organizational/job redesign and qualification problems; may lead projects.
Develop OM spreadsheets for BEST processing as needed.
Demonstrate knowledge of organizational management practices and policies.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Solve complex problems using research and critical thinking.
