Job summary

KLA is seeking two highly motivated Human Resources Interns for the summer at our USA location. You will partner with HR professionals and business leaders to lead or contribute to strategic HR initiatives and gain hands-on experience across data analytics, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

The internship is designed for current Master’s students in HR or related fields, with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the country where the internship is located and able to complete the internship for the designated program duration.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA’s strategic priorities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations
• Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics
• Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input and perspectives through interviews, focus groups, or surveys
• Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities
