Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR, OD, I/O psychology, business or related field.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Authorized to work where internship is located.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate data into insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations.
• Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics.
• Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees through interviews, focus groups, or surveys.
• Develop and deliver presentations communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities.
• Contribute to initiatives involving talent, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, workforce planning, and data analytics.
• Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders.
