Job summary

KLA, a global technology leader in semiconductor solutions, is offering two HR Intern positions for the summer in Ann Arbor, MI. You will work with HR professionals and business leaders to lead or contribute to strategic HR initiatives, gain hands-on experience, and influence organizational effectiveness.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master's program in HR/OD or related field, with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with KLA

Qualifications

• Requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the country where the internship is located and able to complete the internship for the designated program duration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations
• Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics
• Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input and perspectives through interviews, focus groups, or surveys
• Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities
