Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Public or Business Administration, or related field with four years of HR management or supervisory experience.
• Or eight years of progressively responsible HR management experience, with two years Supervisory experience; professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/SPHR/PHR) preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs.
• Support day-to-day operations and administration of the HR division.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure compliance with laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management activities.
• Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends using HRIS data.
