KLA is seeking two Human Resources interns for the summer in Ann Arbor, MI. This role offers hands-on HR experience, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to tackle strategic talent initiatives within a global tech company.

You will partner with HR professionals and business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, apply classroom concepts to real-world projects, and develop critical skills in analytics, consulting, and communication.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in HR, O.D., IO psychology, business administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to HR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input and perspectives.
• Develop and deliver presentations communicating findings to HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives.
