Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Specialist on the HR Strategic Communications team to bring HR priorities, programs, and employee experiences to life through clear, engaging communications.

You’ll plan content, collaborate with HR leaders and subject matter experts, and execute communications across SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and other platforms while measuring impact and adapting to diverse audiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related experience, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Experience developing, editing, and deploying employee, HR, internal, organizational, or change communications across digital channels.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, employee-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to and execute communication plans and deployment schedules, coordinating with HR partners, communication leads, designers, channel owners, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of communication plans by helping define audiences, key messages, channels, deliverables, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop creative content by drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting employee communications aligned with Edwards’ voice, culture, and brand.
• Build, schedule, publish, and maintain content across employee channels including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters, and displays.
• Analyze communication performance metrics and audience engagement data to improve effectiveness and engagement.
