Job summary

Lebanon Center, part of CareRite Centers, LLC, is seeking a highly organized Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator to support HR operations and staffing in a healthcare setting. The role involves recruiting, coordinating employee schedules, onboarding, and maintaining compliant personnel records.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, multitasks across competing priorities, and collaborates with facility leadership to ensure adequate staffing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, and scheduling systems preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and ensure all required employment documentation is completed and properly stored.
• Track background checks, credentials, certifications, and other required compliance documents.
• Assist with employee relations, attendance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and HR inquiries.
• Follow up with candidates and new hires to complete onboarding requirements.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with HR reports and audits.
