Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• College degree is required.
• Previous HR experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
