Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR or staffing coordination.
• Healthcare/Hospitals preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or ATS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Maintain personnel files and required documentation.
• Process new-hire paperwork, background checks, and verifications.
• Track credentials, certifications, and compliance.
• Assist with employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Maintain HR records and assist with reporting/audits.
• Prepare staffing schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
• Communicate staffing needs to department heads and nursing leadership.
• Coordinate agency staffing when needed.
