Home Helpers is hiring a HR Specialist for our Twin Falls Office to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll and employee relations. This is a joint office role requiring occasional travel to Mountain Home and Ketchum offices.

Hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–1pm, with benefits including health, vision, dental and paid time off. You will maintain records and generate reports to support HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating orientation and training for caregivers
• Communicate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a quick hiring timeline for all applicants
• Implement policy and procedures with employee retention
• Offer continued support and training to all caregivers
• Responsible for assisting with payroll
• Upkeep spreadsheets and reports as directed
